Directions
v   At least 10 Draft lesson templates should be prepared and shown. All the Lesson Templates should be written in the Record book and get signed by the supervising teacher in the school.
v  A pre diagnostic test with objective test items [15 to 20 Qns] or 10/20 marks to be prepared preferably printed and used. It should be administered in the first week and a copy to be sent by email. Specimen DTs attached.
v  A post diagnostic test can be conducted with parallel items after 2/3 weeks of teaching form the portion taken. Answer sheets should be collected back for the preparation of Diagnostic Chart and analysis. A remedial teaching/ lesson should be given.
v  Peer –Review record – with check list provided and a brief description and comments.
To be done preferably of the same subject, but lessons of other subjects can be reviewed.
v  An achievement test with Design, Blueprint, Scoring Key and Question-wise analysis should be prepared in the month of September and shown for approval. It can be administered in the last week of Teaching practice.
v  Reflective Journal should be maintained daily in the Record given – a pattern / steps given.
It consists of objective data –describing the situation, reflective data – describing our reaction to the situation, interpretative data – explain what we have observed and decisional data – insights.
Writing of Reflective Journal
Minimum of 1 page should be written every working day with the following sub-heads.
§    DAY and DATE - other specialties of the day
§  Introductory events  and experience –  time of arrival, experience,  notable events  in the school -Today's class – preliminary details about the class – preparation taken for the class, shortcomings if any in planning, ways of overcoming
§  Reflections and Action-  evaluation of teaching in class -  success and failures - suggestion for further improvement-Insights Drawn -  decision taken regarding the improvement of the class
